Prestonsburg City’s Utilities Commission, and/or its designated representative, Big Sandy Area Development District, is seeking proposals for services relating to the Fox Bottom Sewer Project.  Qualifications will be taken for engineering services. 

Minimum requirements include previous experience in engineering design and inspection on similar projects.

All interested people and firms should contact Matt Scofield between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, to obtain an informational packet.  Qualifications must be received at the Big Sandy Area Development District, _110 Resource Court, Prestonsburg Ky 41653 by 4 pm__(February 3, 2026). The Prestonsburg City’s Utilities Commission reserves the right to reject Qualifications received that do not meet the requirements of this Request for Qualifications for Consulting Engineers.
