Big Sandy Regional Industrial Development Authority is requesting separate sealed bids for the renovation and up-fit of the ILZ Facility, 740 Honey Branch Industrial Park Road, Debord, Kentucky 41214. A contract will be awarded on the basis of the best value presented by a reasonable, responsive bidder.

The scope of work includes: the renovation and up-fit of an existing manufacturing building. The building previously suffered water damage and requires the bottom 2' of drywall to be replaced and painted. The manufacturing pre-engineered metal buildings require repair to the vapor barriers, interior and exterior painting, new lights, access controls and security cameras, new bus duct power supply, HVAC unit heater replacement, site removal of gavel vegetation, fence repair and gate installation, ACT ceiling repair and installation, some new plumbing fixtures, a bathroom remodel in the office area, and door repairs/replacement for both garage doors and man doors.
