In order for us to comply with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, all new employees, as a condition of employment, must complete the Employment Eligibility Verification Form I-9 and provide documentation that establishes their identity and eligibility for employment. Former employees who are subsequently rehired must also complete an I-9 and provide appropriate documentation if 1) they have not completed an I-9 with Big Sandy ADD within the past three years, or 2) their previous I-9 is no longer valid or was not retained.
